Mother yeast, the heart of our pizzas

Every morning at 6:30, Pietro, always punctual, opens his kitchen with a ritual that has become almost sacred. He moves between flours, bowls and the scent of the sourdough starter, alive and pulsating, which renewed every day with the same dedication, is the heart of every pizza born under his hands.

With patience, he kneads slowly, letting time do its work: every hour of rest gives fragrance, lightness and authentic flavour. When the pizza arrives on the plate, its perfect alveolatura, softness and full bite tell a story: that of someone who chooses to do things the old-fashioned way, with care and passion, to offer a truly genuine product, capable of making every bite feel homemade.

Handmadebread and pastry

Luca works the bread as if it were a daily gesture of art. With selected flours and attentive hands, he kneads, shapes and observes each rise until the dough reaches the perfect consistency. Then he bakes it, letting the golden crust and soft crumb tell the story of the bread's authentic goodness, ready to open every meal with warmth and authenticity.

With the same care Luca devotes himself to the puff pastry. Layer after layer, he rolls it out, folds it and kneads it until it becomes light and fragrant, ready to be transformed into our desserts. Every gesture tells of the passion, patience and attention to detail behind what we bring to the table.

The freshness of our menu

Our philosophy in drawing up our menus is to follow the seasonality of the products.

Our Amalfitan origins tie us to our passion for the sea, and it is for this reason that the proposals are predominantly fish-based.

The seasonality of the menu

The menus are updated twice a year, while maintaining traditional dishes such as: mixed house seafood, spaghetti alla scogliera, fried fish and mixed grilled fish.

The a la carte menu consists of a wide selection of hot and cold seafood starters and fish crudités; in the first courses, seafood and local fish ragùs, pasta sauces, risottos and soups are the most popular.

In main courses, local fish and shellfish are the protagonists;
prepared using techniques and cooking methods that enhance their freshness.

Every week, we also offer dishes made from products that are available on the market at short notice.

But our cuisine is not only fish: you will find meat dishes and a wide choice of pizzas baked from our two wood-fired ovens.

And finally the desserts, a real speciality of the restaurant; where you will find a wide choice of strictly homemade delicacies.

Between pastry and authentic ice cream

At dawn, when the city is still asleep, Luca and his team of pastry chefs are already among the flours and sugars, guided by the scent of freshly baked cakes. Every gesture is made with care, every ingredient carefully chosen: light pastries, delicate creams and cakes that tell of authenticity.

With the same passion they also prepare ice cream, where fresh milk, cream and natural raw materials are combined without artifice to create real, genuine flavours. Every taste, be it cake or ice cream, becomes a moment of simple and authentic happiness, designed to surprise and pamper those who enjoy it.
