Allergen list
In accordance with European Regulation No. 1169/2011, but above all in order to ensure the protection of our customers, we inform you that the dishes as indicated on the menus may contain traces of allergens, where 'may contain' means 'it is not possible to exclude their presence according to normal preparation procedures'.
The main allergens are listed:

3) Eggs and products thereof
4) Fish and products thereof
5) Peanuts and products thereof
6) Soybeans and products thereof
7) Milk (including lactose) and cheese and derived products
8) Dried nuts and derived products
9) Celery and derived products
10) Mustard and products thereof
11) Sesame seeds and products thereof
12) Sulphites and sulphur dioxide
13) Lupins and products thereof
14) Molluscs and products thereof
It is recommended that customers who are aware of problems related to intolerances or allergies to the foods listed above, specify this when ordering to the wait staff in order to allow the chef to operate correctly and avoid even the slightest contamination of allergens. Please also note that certain dishes cannot be prepared by simply eliminating the allergen as it is an essential part of the recipe.
